When it comes to finding ideal girls, Robert Pattinson has simple criteria. “Like everyone else, I’m attracted to girls who have a head on their shoulders,” says the actor. “The other day I was watching ‘30 Rock’ and I was charmed by the quirky Tina Fey. Rarely have I seen a woman so sexy.”

And the 22-year-old actor recently met his crush. Natalie was said to be getting up close and personal with Robert at the posh Vanity Fair Oscar Party. “[Portman] seemed really into him and went right up to say hello once she spotted him,” revealed a friend after the pair were spotted talking to each other at the party.

Rumor has it that “High School Musical” hunk Zac Efron may have been engaged to co-star and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens. According to the National Enquirer, the actor popped the question to his leading lady while they were in Japan promoting “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” last month.

The tabloid spies revealed that the engagement mostly meant to calm Vanessa’s super-strict mom, Gina, who didn’t approve of the couple living together before they were married. “Zac is relieved to be out of the pressure cooker, because Vanessa’s mom has been putting serious heat on him to make an honest woman of her daughter,” a spy dished.

“She is old-school and doesn’t approve of Vanessa living with Zac without some type of wedding promise,” said the spy. “Zac really loves the current arrangement. He adores Vanessa, and they gel really well together. Gina already considers Zac part of the family, so she’s happy that he proposed.”

“Girls Next Door” star Holly Madison and magician Criss Angel have called it quits after nearly four months of dating, reports E! Online. The decision to end the relationship was said to be mutual.

A source close to the couple told E!, “She was very much in love with him, and they’re still very close friends.” As for the reason behind the break-up, the source explains, “It was a conflict of schedules. She felt she couldn’t devote 100 percent of her time in Vegas and his career at the expense of her career and her goals.”

“It was a tough decision for her to make and come back to L.A. and pursue her career,” the source continued. And Holly reportedly “still has very intense feelings for him.”

Holly Madison began dating Criss Angel late last year. The 29-year-old beauty previously dated Playboy boss Hugh Hefner and split last October.

Troubled singer Chris Brown is taking anger-management classes, according to the New York Daily News. The 19-year-old hunk, who was arrested on February 8 for allegedly assaulting Rihanna, reportedly attended his first class in Glendale, California on Monday afternoon, February 23.

An insider reveals to the publication that Chris opted for anger management at the behest of his spin doctor, Michael Sitrick. “Chris doesn’t actually have to go by law,” the insider tells the New York Daily News, “but he believes it will make him look better to the public, and he wants to try to get in a few classes” before his court date on March 5.

But words are coming out that Chris shouldn’t be taking the anger management classes alone. “Rihanna is temperamental, too,” says a source. “They’re both too hot-headed for their own good.” Another source adds, “It didn’t help that Rihanna grabbed the keys out of his rented Lamborghini and threw them down the street. She knew it would really infuriate Chris, and it worked.”

And Rihanna reportedly will attend Chris’ trial. “She’ll be there – she has to testify,” confirms the NY Daily News snitch. “If Chris is convicted, it would be his first offense. He won’t go to prison.”

Female DJ and musician Samantha Ronson serenaded a song that made her lover Lindsay Lohan got totally mad. Despite presenting a romantic love song for her girlfriend, she sang a song, which she had written, telling about their volatile relationship.

Sam described the flux of their relationship in the lyrics such as “I’ll follow you out of control … I’m falling after you, in and out of love.” She also mentioned in her dedicated song that “you get your heart broken sometimes and then you unbreak it and break it again.”

Samantha Ronson performed an acoustic set at West Hollywood’s Genghis Cohen restaurant on Tuesday night, February 24 along with some other musicians. During Sam’s performance, LiLo sat in the front row holding a digital camera, TMZ reported.

In related news, Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan reportedly have decided to make up their Valentine’s Day canceled gig for March. “I’m really looking forward to making up the Valentine’s gig on March 7 at Passion Nightclub at the Seminole Hard Rock,” Sam confirmed to E! News. It was previously reported that their cancellation was due to sickness so they couldn’t fly from New York to Miami.
