Is Ben Holz dating Lindsay Lohan?

The 36-year old computer geek isn’t shooting down this latest rumor. Here’s how it got started:

Holz, as pictured below, was spotted splashing around with Lindsay during her vacation in Hawaii this week. When Radar Online asked the entrepreneur – who runs a Web-based tech company called PeekEez.com – if he was dabbling in the Firecrotch, he laughed and replied:

“I’d prefer not to say anything about the situation.”

That’s far from a denial!

In this photo, Ben Holz is all wet and staring at Lindsay Lohan. According to reports, behind closed doors, she’s the one that becomes all wet when staring at Holz… if you know what we mean!

Holz is a Carnegie Mellon alum. He resides in Seattle and has owned a couple of internet cafes in Hawaii.

He was also spotted alongside Ali Lohan during the family’s trip to the tropics. We can only pray he didn’t make a move on her, too. We know she looks old, Ben, but the girl is only 15!

As if her multi-colored cardigan collection, affinity for reasonable J.Crew outfits and endless supply of adorable Jimmy Choo heels weren’t enough …

… Michelle Obama now rocks sneakers?

Yesterday, the First Lady of the United States and member of People’s 100 Most Beautiful list visited the Capital Area Food Bank in D.C., where she helped assemble more than 2,000 bags of food for hungry children. How nice.

But what was even more awesome was her fashion – Michelle wore a typical J.Crew sweater, natch, but paired them with gray sneaks with a pink toe. OMG!

Well, technically they’re not sneakers, according to fashion experts, just shoes – really unexpected ones by Lanvin that cost $540 at Barneys, in fact.

So they might not sell out as quickly as some previous Michelle Obama fashion ensembles. But hey, still neat. What other First Lady could pull this off!

Julianne Hough is taking her beauty – and, likely, millions of male viewers – away from Dancing with the Stars next season.

“I’m not doing next season,” Hough told Access Hollywood, following her and Chuck Wicks’ elimination this week. “I’m gonna take one off.”

The decision is not based on any complaints about the show (Hough even said she and her real-life boyfriend “went further than anticipated”), but rather on a burgeoning country music career.

The aspiring singer has booked tour dates throughout the summer. She’ll next perform in Hidalgo, Texas on May 9.

Julianne Hough is one of the World’s Most Beautiful People. This is not surprising news.

The man on trial for stalking former supermodel-turned-TV talk show queen Tyra Banks was found guilty today, but he won’t get any jail time.

Instead will get psychiatric help, according to the New York Post.

Brady Green was arrested in March 2008 after harassing Tyra Banks at her Chelsea studios following the taping of The Tyra Banks Show.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke ruled that Green’s actions were “knowingly and inherently invalid and the behavior was hounding.”

The judge, however, opted not to sentence Chelsea Green to 90 days in jail and instead ordered that the Georgia native get mental treatment.

Hopefully Tyra Banks won’t have to look over her shoulder anymore.

In his bench-trial verdict, Burke said Green will have to return to court on June 18, where a place and length of treatment will be made known.

Burke said treatment is “something that can help Green in the future.”

On Wednesday, Tyra Banks testified she was scared for her safety on March 18, 2008, after her staff told her Brady Green was in the building – the same man who had been stalking her by sending her flowers and love letters.

Outside court, Green’s lawyer Jeffrey Berman said he was “disappointed with the verdict,” but was glad the judge “didn’t send [Green] to jail.”

The friendship between Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale didn’t end when the High School Musical cameras stopped rolling.

These two cuties still hang out together, as evidenced by this week’s LG Rumorous Night party, held at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood.

Each actress is busy these days.

Tisdale’s new album, Guilty Pleasure, will be released on June 16. She’s also working on re-shooting parts of her upcoming movie, Aliens in the Attic.

Hudgens, meanwhile, fills her days by staring into the eyes, and settling into the arms, of Zac Efron. It’s a tough gig, but someone has to do it.
