Debbie Rowe Reportedly Offered Deal to Give Up Custody
According to various reports, Debbie Rowe has been offered at least $3 million from Michael Jackson’s family if she does not fight for custody of her two biological children with the late music icon, Prince Michael and Paris Jackson, 12 and 11.
“One family member said $3 million, another said $5 million. My guess is that it will be somewhere in between,” Jackson family friend Stacy Brown told ABC.
As part of the settlement, Debbie Rowe would get visitation rights to the two kids. Katherine Jackson, the star’s mother, will remain the children’s legal guardian, as specified in Michael Jackson’s last will, written in 2002.
Michael is also father to Prince Michael Jackson II, a.k.a. Blanket, who was born to an unknown surrogate. His parents’ identities have never been revealed.
Rowe has not accepted any deal, her attorney says. But numerous reports suggest there are offers on the table and ongoing negotiations.
Another report says the proposed deal would not prevent Michael’s father Joe Jackson from seeing the kids, and multiple sources told ABC News that Debbie Rowe is insisting on a clause that prevents him from ever being named guardian.

A custody hearing that had been scheduled for yesterday was recently postponed until July 20. Rowe’s attorney says she will attend the hearing.
The New York Post, which reported that Debbie Rowe was to receive about $4 million in a settlement, says the proposed agreement “takes away any rights she has to challenge custody at any given time… this would be it.”
It wouldn’t be the first time Rowe – who insists she is the biological parents of Paris and Prince despite reports circulating that she is not their mother – was paid for for giving up custody of the children she had with her ex-husband.
In a 2005 hearing – around when Jackson was acquitted on molestation charges – his lawyer says Rowe got “about $4 or $5 million up front,” and a mansion in Beverly Hills, plus $900,000 a year for a number of years if she abided by the terms.
ABC says child welfare officials recently interviewed the children at Katherine Jackson’s Encino, Calif. home, which is standard in cases such as this.

If there are any villains in the whole Michael Jackson saga, Debbie Rowe is one of them. First, she sold the use of her womb to one of her employer’s patients, then she sold off any parental rights she might have had for $8.5 million. After having blown all that money and somehow ending up in debt, she went back and tried to get her parental rights back, then she accepted even more money. This is after never having had a relationship of any kind with the children or their father. For her to say that she sold her womb out of love for Jackson is like something from a Lewis Carroll story. Now, after Jackson’s untimely death, she has tried to stick her chin back into the lives of the children again, saying that she just wanted to make sure Joe Jackson wasn’t involved in their lives. Of course, having them involved for the last several years in the life of a father who was a drug addict and suspected pedophile didn’t bother her one bit. For an additional $4 million, she has once again decided to back away from the children she gave birth to. The woman belongs in a padded cell.
Debbie Rowe needs to go somewhere and sit her butt down and leave those kids alone! She has had no contact with those kids since they were born. She gave the kids to Michael and took money to leave. So in other words sold her kids out for a few million dollars. So now that she has done so, she needs to go and take care of her money and leave Prince and Paris with the people that love them the most The Jackson family.
Leave those kids alone Debbie Rowe. They don’t know you and don’t want to live with you. Let the children have some peace not that the ONLY PARENT they did know is now dead. As in the words of your ex-husband:

I feel that this person is a freak like the people who falsly accusd this man to exploit millons of dollars. She sold her kids for the way it appears is $100,000,000. probally more. She admited over and over she did not bond with these kids and that MJ did it all. Well that was ovious because when Miss Paris spoke about her daddy who she loved unconditionally. Where was ms rowe? Waiting for more hand outs. This p erson truly has major problems. Because now all she sees is billions of his money and we did not hear one word from her until she was purposly left out of his willl. What is the sense of writing a will. If you are to do it before you die to make sure that your belongings go to the right person. It is beyond me that the Jacksons should even give this person no money at all and no judge should give her custody. If a judge does then they are going to need serious help. Like oh ms rowe. She is nothing more than a stupid eg donor who doesn’t desereve no more money at sll. I feel that MJ made it very clear in his will where he wanted his preious gifts from God. Good grief they don’t even know that is their egg donor. Those poor kids my heart aches for them. I pray that the Jaccksons keep thier guardianship and gets custody. Because is was Katherine who went to court day one and before she even knew about the will. That is when the egg donor was so pissed off when she found out she wasn’t in it. Good for you MJ. Good luck jackson’s with this one. I feel she is trying to use that MJ was abused when he was younger by Joe to get more money. She is a sick b****! The longer the kids are with Katherine the better off in court it will be for Ktherine. Don’t give up or muchless give in to the egg donor.
